  • Content: Any content you post on the Platform must not infringe on any rights or violate any applicable laws. By submitting content, you grant SheJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SheJobs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Payment, Transactions, and Fees
  • Payment Processing: All payments on the Platform are processed through our partnered payment gateway providers. You acknowledge that additional terms from these providers may apply.

  • Intermediary Role: SheJobs is not responsible for the performance, quality, or execution of services provided by third-party service providers. Disputes related to service delivery should be resolved between the customer and the provider, subject to our dispute resolution process.
9. Indemnification

Our Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
